8 Things You Must Do Everyday to Become a Successful Realtor
Have you ever wondered why some realtors do better in this business than others? There must be some certain things they are doing that you are not doing.
I followed and monitored some top realtors and I found out some important things which clearly differentiate them from the unsuccessful realtors.

*4. Network and Socialize Daily*
Sometimes last year, I was chatting with top developer on how she became so successful during her time as a real estate consultant, she told me; "I've had the most success getting new clients by hosting parties at my home. I do several a year and invite my past clients, neighbors and friends to bring a guest or two with them".
If you can't hold a party at your home, attend some and mingle.
*5. Give to Get*
When starting out on social media, share and promote the content of other top Realtors. They'll eventually want to reciprocate and share yours.
*6. Put Clients Need First*
Anything that helps my clients immediately goes in the top of my list. If you don't make your clients happy nothing else matters.
*7. Stay Up on Social Media*
You need to understand the importance of social media and blogging in real estate.
Doesn't it make more sense to put yourself in front of potential clients online?
*8. Respond Quickly to Leads*
Always respond to ALL online leads as soon as possible. One of my happy clients once told me; "John, I was surprised that you were the only one who called me back".
Remember that the small daily disciplines and time-management habits that you do consistently over time will determine whether or not you become successful.
